What does the monthly fee cover?

The monthly fee covers your WhatsApp Business number, the AI ordering bot, kitchen notification system, and access to the Wixsy dashboard. The commission is a small percentage of each completed order on top of that.

What counts as a "completed order"?

An order that has been placed, paid for, and accepted by your kitchen. Cancelled or refunded orders are not charged commission.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The monthly fee plus commission covers WhatsApp integration, AI processing, payment handling, and all platform fees. PayFast payment gateway fees are separate and paid directly to PayFast.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in contracts. Cancel at any time with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable.
