Cancellation & Refund Policy

Setup fee
- The once-off setup fee is non-refundable.
- The one exception: if Wixsy fails to complete your setup within 30 days due to its own fault, the setup fee is refunded in full.
Monthly subscription
- The monthly subscription is billed monthly from your go-live date. Your first month is pro-rated.
- You can cancel at any time on 30 calendar days’ written notice by email to hello@wixsy.co.za.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months after cancellation.
Commission
- No commission is charged on orders that are cancelled before fulfilment, fully refunded, or flagged as fraudulent within 48 hours (where the order was not fulfilled).
- Commission remains payable on orders that are fulfilled.
Fee changes
- Wixsy may change its fees on 30 days’ notice.
- If you do not accept a fee change, you may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.
On cancellation
- You keep full ownership of your dedicated WhatsApp number.
- Wixsy disconnects the number within 5 business days.
- Your order records can be exported on request.
