Cancellation & Refund Policy

Setup fee

  • The once-off setup fee is non-refundable.
  • The one exception: if Wixsy fails to complete your setup within 30 days due to its own fault, the setup fee is refunded in full.

Monthly subscription

  • The monthly subscription is billed monthly from your go-live date. Your first month is pro-rated.
  • You can cancel at any time on 30 calendar days’ written notice by email to hello@wixsy.co.za.
  • Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months after cancellation.

Commission

  • No commission is charged on orders that are cancelled before fulfilment, fully refunded, or flagged as fraudulent within 48 hours (where the order was not fulfilled).
  • Commission remains payable on orders that are fulfilled.

Fee changes

  • Wixsy may change its fees on 30 days’ notice.
  • If you do not accept a fee change, you may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.

On cancellation

  • You keep full ownership of your dedicated WhatsApp number.
  • Wixsy disconnects the number within 5 business days.
  • Your order records can be exported on request.
